From the world of tiny lots Genius Kids School has opened up its academic facilities for children to blossom into primary education in a state-of –art education ambience. Genius Kids School (Primary Section) shall be following the syllabi prescribed by the prescribed by the Central Board of Secondary Education. The school intends to get the affiliation of CBSE, New Delhi shortly. Although the medium of instruction is English, the school tries to maintain a very high standard in Hindi and in Hindi and Regional language. At the primary level, the imparting of knowledge in various forms has to begin gradually through the study of languages, literature and other subjects. This school encourages children to ask questions, voice their doubts, verify what they are told and taught. Teachers try to instill in the pupils a sense of perspective, a sense of what is right and what is wrong. Education must start with knowledge and knowledge must be imparted with care. Having done so, the teacher has to ensure that a pupil has not only understood but also assimilated what he has read and heard. The next stage is to ascertain how much pupil has been able to retain. This is done first by oral and/or blackboard work, and then answers to possible questions are discussed and if necessary model answers are provided as a guidelines. This is followed by class work which is corrected in details. The corrected class work is then sent to parents for scrutiny and signature. Very little homework is set and it mostly consists of handwriting and correction of errors, revision of work done in class. In the case of slow learners, specific tasks may be set by the teachers concern. Guardians are earnestly requested not to help pupils with these tasks, for the errors made by a pupil helps a teacher to understand the actual progress made by the pupil. All that a guardian needs to do is to supervise; see to it that the pupil does the work that he has been asked to do.
