K) When activation charges are received, membership is activated within two working days and continues for the period for which they were submitted. However, the web pages are created in accordance with the information and approval provided by the member, and may take some time, but no relaxation will be granted during that period.

L) As the servers belong to a third party, the continuation of access to the services is subject to availability, which can be interrupted at times by technical problems/hackers. Registrants:

A) All Users who submit any form on the Site (such as name, address, telephone and fax numbers, email address, business details, etc.) become registered users of Getprolist.Com (a "Registered User").

B) If the Registered User is a business entity, you represent that (a) you have the authority to bind the entity to this Agreement; (b) the address you use in the listing is the principal place of business of such business entity; and (c) any other information you provide to Getprolist.Com is true, accurate, current, and complete. This provision will not consider a branch or representative office as a separate entity, and its principal place of business will be that of its headquarters.

C) As a Registered User, you consent to the inclusion of your personal data in our Global Buyer / Supplier / Manufacturer Database and authorize Getprolist.Com to share this information.

D) Getprolist.Com may suspend or terminate a Registered User's Account or Email Account at any time; provided, however, that notice is not required if (a) in Getprolist.Com determination, If the Registered User breaches any of the provisions of this Agreement; or (b) Getprolist.Com has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information provided by a Registered User is untrue, inaccurate or not current or complete; or (c) Getprolist.Com believes that the Registered User's actions could result in financial loss or legal liability to the Registered User, other Getprolist.Com users, or Getprolist.Com or its affiliates.

E) A Registered User may not use the Email Account to send junk mail, chain letters, spam, or any unlawful, harassing, libelous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene or otherwise objectionable material. The Registered User may also not publish, distribute, transmit or circulate any unsolicited advertising or promotional information or any content that is obscene, indecent, seditious, offensive, defamatory, threatening, or incites or results in racial hatred, discrimination, menace, or breach of confidence, or which is obscene, indecent, seditious, offensive, defamatory, threatening.

F) Registered Users may not sell, attempt to sell, offer to sell, give, assign or otherwise transfer an Account, User ID or Password to a third party without Getprolist.Com's prior written consent. As a result of a sale, offer to sell, gift, assignment or transfer in violation of this Section, Getprolist.Com may suspend or terminate the Account of a Registered User or the transferee of a Registered User.

G) If you decide to discontinue your association with us, you can delist using the Remove Account link in your folder to unsubscribe / remove your account.

H) Once you become a Registered User, you are no longer anonymous to Getprolist.Com and are deemed to be giving Getprolist.Com permission to publish the desired and requisite business and personal details throughout its market places, such as business directories, listings, trade leads, catalogs, etc.

I) Registration with Getprolist.Com entails that your information may be listed, displayed, and used by all divisions, subsidiaries, and ventures of Getprolist.Com, as well as listed and displayed for online business promotion on Third Party Service Providers and Search Engines.

J) Each Registered User grants Getprolist.Com the right to use its Intellectual Property on the Site in relation to their requirements / leads.

Getprolist.Com reserves the right to change, suspend, or edit any URL provided to a User without prior notice. The Site is not liable for any direct or indirect damage caused by such changes.

L) To ensure that a lead is not lost, the Site will contact the caller on behalf of the paid User if the call is missed; this is just a support service for the paid User as well as the visitor / User who approaches the Site to fulfill his or her needs.

Users Who Post Information on Getprolist.Com:

A) To display information on the Site, you must be a Registered User.

B) By virtue of Getprolist.Com, our affiliates, directors, officers, or employees, no sales agency relationship is created between any User and Getprolist.Com.

Display of any of the User's information on the Site. The User is solely responsible for all information posted by him/her, and agrees to indemnify and hold Getprolist.Com, its affiliates, directors, officers, and employees harmless from any liability arising from it.

C) Users represent, warrant, and agree to (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information to Getprolist.Com, and (b) maintain and promptly amend all information to keep it true, accurate, current, and complete. In accordance with this Agreement, each User grants Getprolist.Com an irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free, sublicensable (through multiple tiers) license to display and use any information provided by such User in accordance with the purposes set forth in this Agreement, in addition to exercising any rights relating to copyright, publicity, or databases., as well as any other media formats available to us or not currently in our knowledge, including and not limited to User's websites, brochures, catalogs, and printed materials.

D) Users hereby represent, warrant, and agree that they have obtained any necessary licenses or permissions to protect any third party's copyright, trademark, trade secret, or patent, or any other licenses or permissions needed in connection with other third party proprietary or personal rights (including but not limited to rights of personality and privacy), for any material or information posted on the Site or provided to Getprolist.Com or permitted to be displayed. In the following paragraphs, we will refer to third party copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, patents, and other personal or proprietary rights that relate to material or information displayed on the Site, including, but not limited to, rights of personality and privacy, or rights associated with products offered or displayed on the Site as "Third Party Rights."

Discriminate on the basis of race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age; contain any material that constitutes unauthorized advertising or harassment (including spamming), violates anyone's privacy, or encourages conduct that would constitute a crime, a civil liability, or otherwise violate any law or regulation.

Obtain business from any User in connection with any commercial activity that competes with Getprolist.Com; contain any computer viruses or other destructive devices or codes that may damage, interfere with, intercept or expropriate any software or hardware system, data, or personal information.; link directly or indirectly to or describe goods or services prohibited by this Agreement; or otherwise create any liability for Getprolist.Com.

F) Getprolist.Com reserves the right to remove any material displayed on the Site that it reasonably believes is unlawful, may expose Getprolist.Com to liability, violates this Agreement, or is otherwise inappropriate. Any suspected criminal or civil wrongdoing may be investigated fully by Getprolist.Com with the assistance of governmental authorities, private investigators, and/or injured third parties. A government or law enforcement agency, a third party who has been injured, or a subpoena or other legal action may require Getprolist.Com to disclose the User's identity and contact information, and Getprolist.Com will not be liable for damages or results thereof, and the User agrees not to sue Getprolist.Com for such disclosure. Accordingly, Getprolist.Com reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Account of any User at its sole discretion. If Getprolist.Com takes any of the actions described in this Section, Getprolist.Com will not be liable to User, including for consequential or other damages. The User agrees to accept the risk that Getprolist.Com may take such actions.

G) Users agree that the information they provide on the Site may result in business enquiries via phone calls, emails, SMS, etc. from various buyers and sellers that may or may not be suitable to their business interests. The management of Getprolist.Com does not exercise any control over its Users for sending business enquiries to its Registered members, and we will not be involved in any scrutiny of the same.

H) Registration/transactions from countries outside India are not permitted on Getprolist.Com.

Providing a platform for Suppliers to showcase their products and services is all we do as an intermediary. We bear no responsibility for the content, images, information or any other detail relating to chemicals, drugs, or medicines. Under the Schedules of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940, including its amendments, suppliers selling prescriptive medicines and/or drugs undertake to be solely responsible and to bear all liabilities related to sale/purchase. Additionally, the Suppliers agree that they have full authorization, ownership, dealership, and selling rights and take full responsibility for any infringements. It is merely an advertising platform that does not participate in the transactions between buyers and sellers, neither representing the seller nor the buyer. We reserve the right to remove any content / listing if we receive a complaint, directive, or mandate. In the case of derogatory behavior, membership may be suspended.

K) The User agrees that certain services which require Third Party Service Providers, such as Payment Gateway Integration, Getprolist.Com's role will be limited to its integration, and all subsequent support/issue resolution will be provided by the User's chosen Third Party Service Provider. In the event that Third Party Services are disrupted, delayed, or fail, Getprolist.Com shall not be liable.

Rights to intellectual property

A) Getprolist.Com uses logos, brands, trademarks, registered marks ("Marks") owned or licensed by the Company and/or its associates. Hence, all the rights emanating from the same, whether statutory or otherwise, and all intellectual property rights, are wholly owned by the Company or its associates. The Company / its associates reserve all rights not otherwise claimed under this Agreement.

B) Accessing the Site does not give the User any license or right to use these Marks, and therefore, their use is strictly prohibited in any form or manner. Under Indian law, any violation of the above constitutes an offence.

Refund for Buy Leads

Refund requests for Buy leads due to non-contactable contact details must be made within 5 days of purchase, otherwise the request will not be considered.

The Site will not entertain refund requests owing to cancelled or fulfilled leads as we have no role in monitoring deal finalization, transactions, or user preferences.

Issues relating to payments and refunds

Payments will be accepted via standard modes set by Getprolist.Com. As Getprolist.Com maintains high interaction with its clients and conducts every process with their approval, there is no provision for a full or partial refund. The paid amount will not be refunded under any circumstances. 

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed because they are processed immediately. If your personal preferences change over time, you cannot claim a refund or chargeback. 

Getprolist.Com only accepts payments in favor of "Getprolist Info Technologies Private Limited". No individual or organization is permitted to collect payments under any other name (e.g., any other individual's or organization's name) or via personal Western Union or PayPal accounts for any services rendered by Getprolist.Com. Getprolist.Com will not be liable for any damage caused by such fraudulent individuals or organizations in your business transaction.

You should contact us immediately if any such fraudulent individual or organization attempts to mislead you.

Disputes and Jurisdiction

In case of any legal dispute related to Getprolist.Com, it will only be handled in the territory of Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh. All legal issues are governed by the laws in force at Andhra Pradesh, and are only subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh, India.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Any dispute or matter arising from incidental use of Getprolist.Com shall be governed by the laws of India, and the Member and the Company submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh, India. By using the Site and/or becoming a member of Getprolist.Com, you accept this Agreement, which includes the entire agreement between you and Getprolist.Com. In the event that any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
