A regular habit of reading significantly improves a Child’s imagination. At Crust we focus on developing a child’s reading ability with appropriate age based books. By following dedicated reading time in the class hours for our children as part of curriculum, we aim to improve quality of reading time. We follow phonics instruction to help children learn the alphabetic principle which is the idea that letters represent the sounds of spoken language. Aim of this curriculum is to foster children’s growth and learning: socially, emotionally, intellectually, physically, and creatively.
