At ArQi, we use the theory of multiple intelligence, the play way method and experiential learning as our framework for early childhood education. The theory of multiple intelligence is based on the principle that every child is born with nine types of intelligence – Linguistic intelligence (“word smart”), Logical-mathematical intelligence (“number/reasoning smart”), Spatial intelligence (“picture smart”), Bodily-Kinesthetic intelligence (“body smart”), Musical intelligence (“music smart”), Interpersonal intelligence (“people smart”), Intrapersonal intelligence (“self-smart”) and Naturalist intelligence (“nature smart”). While few are dominant and a few are dormant, personal experiences play a large role in determining the development of each type of intelligence.
