Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan is an Indian educational trust. It was founded by Kulapati Dr. K. M. Munshi on November 7, 1938 with the support of Mahatma Gandhi. The founding members of the Bhavan included Dr. Rajendra Prasad, Shri C Rajagopalachari, Pandit Jawarharlal Nehru, Sardar Vallabhai Patel, several distinguished scholars, Statesmen and leaders of Modern Indian Renaissance. Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan is the only comprehensive organization of its kind in the world.
