It is my honour and pleasure to welcome you to the new Academic Year. We know the children of our community have great potential, and it requires every individual in their lives to purposefully work together for their success. Children are born with inquiring minds, and we must be committed to nurturing that innate sense of inquiry by providing them with engaging opportunities to learn, to think critically, to problem solve, and to know how to access information - thereby equipping them with the necessary skills to thrive in a dynamic and global society. As we can all attest, the last few years have been challenging, but the NIS Community has emerged on the other side more resilient, more unified, and better equipped to handle an ever-changing landscape. This new school year brings the promise of a renewed dedication, focus, and energy to the mission of teaching and learning.
