Raigad Military School is the brainchild of veteran freedom fighters like Shri. Nanasaheb Purohit and Shri. Prabhakar Kunte of Raigad District, Maharashtra. The first Raigad Military School was established on 12th August 1990 at Achaloli village in Taluka Mahad of Raigad District.
