Poorna Daftar has been working as a personal trainer from many years and finally founded Go Figure Fitness in 2016 at an early age of 25. She believes in living a life full of joy, gratitude, and balance. These feelings inform and guide her teaching and practice, which is focused on helping clients better connect to themselves and with their surroundings. She realized a lot of young people were facing health issues which needed to be addressed in a fun way that combined nutrition & fitness. That's how Go Figure Fitness came into being.
